Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to lead the Flex Implementation Team (BG) to work in partnership with our Flexible Benefits delivery teams to deliver world-class projects and excellent service to our Clients.
A commitment for self and team to deliver outstanding service to our clients
Work alongside the flexible benefits delivery team to continually refine our internal processes to deliver the most effective project implementations for our clients
Communicating, collaborating, facilitating and influencing within the department, across departments and globally to support each other and share best practice
Providing a point of escalation for our clients
Supporting with escalated issues or client complaints
Setting our basic expectations and best practice standards
Identifying areas for improvement
Coaching your direct reports with continual development activity
Recruiting, inducting and managing team members
Planning regular training sessions, end of quarter reviews and team celebrations
Experience in managing a team in a client facing environment desirable but not essential
Experience in project management desirable but not essential
